It is nutritious , easy to make.For people on the go . Can make it over-night and keep it in the fridge. No cooking involved.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak 3 tsp of basil seeds in 1/2 bowl of water.keep aside for 1 hour.The seeds will swell and change colour.
* Step 2
Mix all the given ingredients together with milk.
* Step 3
Pour it in a bowl and keep it in the fridge.Or make it and eat it fresh. Healthy tasty breakfast.
* Step 4
Note-If kept overnight oats and musseli will soak up the milk.More milk can be added if needed.
