Batata wada Mumbai style

Batata wada is a Maharashtrian food.It can be eaten any time of the day with chutney and Pao as breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.( Batata means Potato).
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Put Rye, when it splutters add garlic,green chillies and fry a little,put curry leaves.then add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder,and mashed potatoes, coriander leaves and mix.let it cool.
* Step 3
Mix chickpea flour, rice flour,salt, baking soda.Make thick batter by adding water.keep aside for few minutes.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a wok for frying.Make small balls of Potato mixture. Dip them in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
* Step 5
These wada,s can be eaten with chutney and with Pao or bread.And cutting chai (tea).
