Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the ghee in a pan.

* Step 2

Roast the besan on medium heat until light brown in colour and give out the fragrance

* Step 3

After stirring for 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the flame.

* Step 4

Let the besan cool down, now add sugar, cardamom powder and raisins.

* Step 5

Mix it well.

* Step 6

When it cools completely, shape it into ladoo

* Step 7

Garnish with silver vark and store it in a air tight container.
