Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the kathal /jack fruit into pieces.
* Step 2
.Pressure cook kathal/jack fruit and potatoes with one cup of water
* Step 3
After one whistle switch off the gas.
* Step 4
Drain water and keep aside.
* Step 5
Mash the kathal and potatoes separately.Heat oil in a wok.Add cumin seeds to crackle.
* Step 6
.Add onion and saute for one mins.Add ginger,garlic paste and all spices and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 7
.Add mashed jack fruit salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 9
Add salt and corn flour in mashed potatoes and mix well
* Step 10
.Stuff the jack fruit feeling into the potatoes dough.
* Step 11
.Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
* Step 12
Coat them with poppy seeds and shallow fry in hot oil until golden in colour.
* Step 13
.Flipping once in between.
* Step 14
Always cook in medium flame.
* Step 15
Serve hot with sauce and green chutney
