Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours.
* Step 2
In a bowl mix together hang curd,capsicum,chilli flex,chat masala,black pepper powder,coriander leaves,green chilli,ginger,salt and sugar and mix well.
* Step 3
Cut the edges of the bread.
* Step 4
Place the bread on the plate and sprinkle some water.
* Step 5
Add the curd mixture in the corner of the bread and roll it tightly and lock them.
* Step 6
Keep in the fridge for half an hour.
* Step 7
Heat the oil in a pan and add the curd rolls.
* Step 8
Deep fry till light brown.
