Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate chicken with lemon juice,lemon zest,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,sugar,kashmiri mirch powder and one tbsp oil for half an hour.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,cloves,black pepper,cinnamon to crackle,'
* Step 3
Add sliced onion and saute for one to two mins.
* Step 4
Add marinated chicken pieces and cover it and cook in a low flame until the chicken is soft.
* Step 5
Serve with chapati or naan
