* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan,and roast makhana till crispy.

Once cooled,to make a powder.

Dry roast the peanuts and make a powder

* Step 4

Heat sugar and water in a pan to make two sting consistency.

* Step 5

Add mawa,peanut powder,makhana powder and cardamom powder and mix well.

* Step 6

Pour the mixture on a grease plate.

* Step 7

Once cooled cut into a diamond shape.

Garnish with cashew nuts.
