Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend the ripe banana and milk to make a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Add rajgira flour,chestnut flour in the banana paste and mix well.
* Step 3
Add almond powder,sugar,cardamom powder and saffron food colour and make a smooth batter..
* Step 4
Keep aside for fifteen mins
* Step 5
Heat clarified butter in a pan,add one spoon batter and spread it.
* Step 6
Drizzle one tsp clarified on it.
* Step 7
Flip it and cook both the sides.
* Step 8
Serve hot with green chutney
