Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
* Step 2
Add all whole garam masala/hot spices to crackle.
* Step 3
Add onion and saute when it's colors change add mutton pieces and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 4
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and coriander powder and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
* Step 6
Add half cup of water and cover the lid.
* Step 7
Cook in a slow flame for ten mins
* Step 8
Serve hot with rice or chapatis
