Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the cinnamon stick,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,whole black pepper and cloves.

Once cooled,blend to make a powder.

* Step 3

Marinate chicken with dry roast spices,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,coriander leaves pate,salt and vinegar.

Keep aside for an hour.

* Step 5

Heat butter and oil in a pan.

* Step 6

Add sliced onion and saute till pink.

* Step 7

Add marinated chicken and stir fry till oil leaves the pan.

* Step 8

Add half cup of water and cover it.

* Step 9

Cook in a simmer for 7 - 8 mins

* Step 10

Serve hot with naan or chapatis.
