Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

* Step 2

Add green cardamom,black cardamom and cloves to crackle.

* Step 3

Add boiled onion paste,ginger garlic paste and saute.

* Step 4

Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and hung curd and mix well.

* Step 5

Add chicken pieces and mix well.

* Step 6

Add blanched almonds paste and mix well.

* Step 7

Add garam masala powder,nut meg powder,mace powder and salt and two cup of water

* Step 8

Cover it and cook on a low flame for 10 - 15 mins.

* Step 9

Garnish with peeled and sliced almonds.

* Step 10

Serve hot with naan or chapatis.
