Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the onion and tomatoes.

* Step 2

Heat the oil in pan and put the cumin seeds to crackle.

* Step 3

Then add the chopped onion.

* Step 4

Saute till brown.

* Step 5

Add tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and cook it in medium flame approx 4-5 minutes.

* Step 6

Add 1 cup water and simmer for 15-20 minutes

* Step 7

Break the egg and drop into the gravy and cook for 5 mins on a low flame.

* Step 8

Serve hot with fresh coriander leaves.
