Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix semolina and yogurt in a large vessel and keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 2
Now add salt and water as required,mix it gently and make a batter(neither too runny nor to thick).
* Step 4
Now add eno fruit salt just before making idly and again mix it well.
* Step 5
Heat the pan and fry the cashew nuts.
* Step 6
Grease the idli plate and put the 2 cashew nuts,small coriander leaves and one piece of sliced tomato
* Step 7
Pour the batter in idly plate and microwave in high for two mins.
* Step 8
Enjoy hot idly with coconut chutney
