Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast the flax seeds and oats seperately

* Step 2

Once cooled blend to make a powder.

* Step 3

Make a smooth batter with the listed ingredients.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a non stick pan and sptrad the batter

* Step 5

Lower the heat put some oil over pan cake.

* Step 6

Flip it when done on one side.

* Step 7

Serve hot
