Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the listed ingredients to make a filling.
* Step 2
Mix wheat flour,1 tbsp oil and make a soft dough with the help of water.
* Step 3
Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.
* Step 4
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
* Step 5
Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
* Step 6
Then roll out the paratha.
* Step 7
Cook on hot pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.
* Step 8
Serve hot with pickles or lemon chutney.
