1/4 cup

Besan -

2 tbsp

Oil -

to taste

Salt -

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a large bowl combine all purpose flour,semolina,gram flour,salt,baking powder,crushed coriander seeds,whole black pepper and two tbsp oil and mix well.

* Step 2

The texture should be crumbly.

* Step 3

Make a stiff dough with the help of water.

* Step 4

Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins.

* Step 5

Divide the dough into equal size balls.

* Step 6

Roll out the small size puri.

* Step 7

Then with palm gently press each roll in mathri shape.

* Step 8

Heat enough oil in a pan.

* Step 9

Deep fry on low flame till golden and crispy.

* Step 10

Serve hot with tea.
