Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour / maida,curd,clarified butter, baking powder and add little amoun of water to make a dough.

* Step 2

Keep aside for two hours.

Make a small size balls

Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.

* Step 5

Make a small indent with your thumb in the center.

* Step 6

Now heat oil in a pan.

* Step 7

The oil should be hot,switch off the gas.

* Step 8

Dip the balushai ball in the oil but the flame must be low.

* Step 9

After the colour become brown from both the side strain it.

* Step 10

Now make the sugar syrup with sugar water and cardamom powder.

* Step 11

In another pan add sugar,water and cardamom powder till sugar disolves.

* Step 12

Bring into one string consistency add the lemon juice and mix well.

* Step 13

Add the balushai in the sugar syrup.

* Step 14

When the sugar syrup will absorb in the fried balushai take it in the plate.
