Raw banana & potato mishmash

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove raw banana peel & cut them as shown. Rub pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder & salt in the raw banana pieces.
* Step 2
Cut the potatoes as shown.
* Step 3
Take a deep bottomed utensil in the gas, add potatoes, raw banana pieces, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt & adequate amount of water to boil them.
* Step 4
When the potatoes are boiled, roughly mash the potatoes & raw bananas using a hand mashing curtilary.
* Step 5
When the water evaporates a bit & gravy starts to thicken, add tomatoes, green chillies. When the tomatoes are cooked properly remove this mixture from heat sauce.
* Step 6
Take another pan in the gas, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onions, garlic & saute. Then add whole mustard seeds, whole panch phoran, whole cumins in it, mix well & pour this seasoning in the potato mixture.
* Step 7
Now sprinkle roasted panch phoran, roasted cumin & coriander powder on top & your Raw banana & potato mishmash is ready to serve! Serve it with plain roti
