Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the bitter gourds properly & cut them as shown below.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, then add sliced onions in it, when the onions have turned translucent, add the green chillies, bitter gourd pieces, salt in it, then stir & fry without covering the lid, in low flame in order to keep the fresh green colour of the gourd.
* Step 3
When the bitter gourds are cooked & fried properly remove it from heat sauce. Your Korola Bhaji is ready to serve! Serve it hot with steamed rice.
