Persian halva
This halva bites is very easy to prepare. Halva is a sweet pudding that is served in special occasions. Halva is toasted flour mix with honey /sugar syrup. But this halva no need to syrup.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan toast the flour. Heating and stirring the flour until brown.
* Step 3
Once flour browns, add butter and mix until butter is melted.
* Step 7
And 130 ml warm water. Remove from the heat and mix halva well until all ingredients combine together.
* Step 8
Using silicone molds and gives shape to halva bites. You can serve it simply by spreading flat in a serving dish or make small bites and help yourself with a cuppa.
