Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all ingredients ready. Knead the dough by mixing wheat flour, pinch salt and sufficient water. Once dough rests for 15minutes- Make small balls out of it.
* Step 2
Boil potatoes and peel the skin and mash it. Mix chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin powder, dill leaves, chilli paste, ginger grated and mix well, filling is ready.
* Step 3
Flatern atta balls and make cup shape, fill alu spice mix close it and roll it flat using roller.
* Step 4
Heat the tawa, grrese oil, put rolled paratha, bake well on both sides on sim. Dill leaves alu paratha is ready. Can be eaten with Curd or ghee or chutney podi.
