Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the pan and put grated pumpkin and stir on sim heat till water evoperates, add sugar and keep on stirring for 10 minutes. Add cardamom powder.
* Step 2
Heat the ghee in pan, add khova, and fry till is golden brown. Add same to pumpkin sugar mix-stir well.
* Step 3
Turn off heat and garnish with cashews, pumpkin seeds, tutty frutty and silver decoratives. Pumpkin halwa /kashi halwa is ready to serve.
