Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all basic iingredients ready. Wash and greate amla and ginger.
* Step 2
Dry roast pepper and cinnamon. Powder cardamom, cinnamon and pepper in mixer jar.
* Step 3
Heat the pan- saute grated amla, ginger and sugar on sim heat. When watery content starts drying in pan add turmeric, cardamom, pepperand cinnamon powder. Mix well and turn of heat.
* Step 4
Amla chunda / gooseberry chunda is ready.
