Chicken teriyaki

#boxweek9 It is a quick and easy recipe in which chicken pieces are cooked in a delicious flavourful sauce.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1 hour
2 cloves

minced garlic

1 tsp

cornflour

1 1/2 tsp

honey

1 tsp

vinegar

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the chicken properly and cut in small pieces and marinate with salt and lemon juice for 1 hour.

* Step 2

In a pan add oil, add chicken, season with salt and black pepper and cook till it becomes golden in colour

* Step 3

In a bowl add soya sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger and cornflour, whisk all together.

* Step 4

Pour this sauce over chicken, let the gravy thickened slightly and chicken gets cooked.

* Step 5

Lastly garnish with sesame seeds.
