Paneer tikka masala

In this paneer pieces are marinated and then roasted and cooked in a tomato-based creamy gravy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the paneer into small cubes, add in the ginger garlic paste coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder.
* Step 2
Add yogurt and mix till all the paneer pieces are well coated.
* Step 3
Cover and keep this marinated paneer in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Add 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan, roast the paneer pieces from both sides and keep aside
* Step 5
In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil and butter. Add cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and cumin seeds.
* Step 6
Add chopped onions and saute till brown, then add ginger garlic paste, and tomatoes and cook.
* Step 7
Let the mixture cool down, put it in a blender, and make a puree.
* Step 8
Add the puree in a kadhai, add salt and sugar, then add cream, add little water, cook for 5 minutes.
* Step 9
Add roasted paneer and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 10
Serve hot with any bread, paratha of your choice.
