Bread Upma
Cherishing this week with the most simplest and basic breakfast, i.e. Bread Upma. This is delicious and spicy snack which can be cooked within 15 mins and enjoyed as breakfast. You can add veggies and sauces as per your preferences. I have posted the recipe that I mostly use while cooking this snack. Do check it out.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds and let it crackle.
* Step 2
Now add curry leaves, followed by onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
* Step 3
Saute this until onion turns light in colour.
* Step 4
Now add tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, red chilli and turmeric powder. Let it cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy.
* Step 5
Now add capsicum and saute for 1 min.
* Step 6
Next add ketchup and lemon juice and mix well.
* Step 7
Lastly add bread pieces and coat them well in masala. Saute until it coats evenly.
