Sometimes I really don't feel like cooking my meals. There comes smoothie bowls to my escape. They are so easy to make, highly nutritive and light on stomach. What else you could ask for?

turmeric

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend papaya, banana, turmeric, cinnamon to make smoothie.

Garnish with kiwi, chia and melon seeds.
