Ingredient

spinach

as required

Oil

1 1/2 tsp each

ginger garlic paste

1 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder

to taste

Salt

2 tbsps

Amul cream

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadhai and heat oil.Once oil is hot,add ginger garlic paste and saute.Now add onions and when the colour turns translucent,add tomatoes & saute it.

* Step 2

Now add all the spices and saute well.Add little water so that all the spices are well mixed.

* Step 3

Now put the chicken pieces into it and mix well.

* Step 4

Now boil the spinach and once it's boiled, remove all the water.Now put them into a grinder and make puree out of it.

* Step 5

Put the spinach puree into the chicken and mix well.

* Step 6

Cover the lid and cook till the chicken pieces are fully cooked.

* Step 7

Once chicken is cooked, add amul cream into it.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.

* Step 8

Garnish with amul cream.

* Step 9

Serve hot palak chicken with butter naan or rice.
