Ingredient

¹/⁴ cup

basmati rice

1 litre

milk

1 cup

sugar

15 strands

saffron

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the rice and keep it aside.Let it dry.

* Step 2

Once it is dry,grind them till it reaches the consistency of semolina.

* Step 3

Take a kadai and heat milk.When it becomes warm,add the rice powder into it.Keep stirring till it reaches it's consistency.

* Step 4

Mix saffron in milk and add it into the phirni.

* Step 5

Add sugar according to your taste.

* Step 6

Add dryfruits.

* Step 7

Your phirni is ready...Serve chilled
