Rasgulla ke dahi bhalle

Ingredient

Curd

1/2 cup

Mint chutney

1 pinch

Chaat masala

1 tsp

Oil

1/2 tsp

Mustard seed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Squeeze all the syrup of rasgullas and then dip them in fresh water for about 5 mins.Now squeeze out all the water and put them into curd bowl.

* Step 2

Take it out in a dish.Drizzle some more curd on it.Add tamarind chutney,mint chutney and ketchup. Add a pinch of chaat masala.

* Step 3

Take a pan and add oil.Now add mustard seed.Once it starts to crackle,add curry leaves.Saute for 30 secs.

* Step 4

Now add the tempering into the rasgulla.

* Step 5

Garnish with pomegranate.
