Baked Buffalo Wings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
* Step 2
Rinse and pat dry wings dry.
* Step 3
In a 1 gallon zip lock bag combine flour, pepper, garlic powder, salt.
* Step 4
Add wings to bag of flour mixture. I easily had 20 wings in at one time. Seal bag and shake/toss to coat wings.
* Step 5
Arrange wings on foil lined sheet and refrigerate for one hour.
* Step 6
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Step 7
In a small pan melt butter, add hot sauce and heat. Dip each wing in sauce and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes flip and bake additional 20 minutes until internal temp is 165 degrees.
