Ingredient

250 gms

Gur/ Jaggery

5 cups

water

1/2 inch

ginger grated

1/2

lemon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the jaggery in 5 cups of water. Add the grated ginger. Cover and set aside for 3 to 4 hours, till the jaggery gets dissolved. Add juice of 1/2 lemon and strain the juice. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
