# Eggless pancakes #

Easy eggless pancakes recipe

Ingredient

2 tbsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

baking soda

Pinch

salt

11/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly in a large mixing bowl take maida. You can alternatively use wheat flour/atta for a healthy option

* Step 2

Also add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch salt

* Step 3

Mix well combining all the dry ingredients well

* Step 4

Further add 2tbsp butter

* Step 5

Thn1cup milk and combine well with the whisk do not allow to form lumps

* Step 6

Additionaly, add 1/2cup more milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter

* Step 7

Heat a non stick pan and grease with butter pour a ladeful of preapred batter. Do not spread

* Step 8

Simmer and cook for 2mins or until bubbles appear on the surface.

* Step 9

Flip over the pancake and simmer for 2 mins or until cooked through.

* Step 10

Finally, serve eggless pancakes with some butter and honey or maple syrup
