Sai Bhaiji Tiki
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a non- stick pan keep Sai bhaiji on high flame so it's juicyness dries up.
* Step 2
Transfer it in a bowl and allow it to cool.
* Step 3
Add all the above ingredients and shape it into round shape.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan ; drop one by one tikki.
* Step 5
Let little colour come both side, remove and keep it aside to cool.
* Step 6
While serving fry the tikkis and serve hot with tomato sauce ; mint chutney and tea.
* Step 7
When the tikkis are still warm, take one tikki between your palms and flatten it.
* Step 8
Repeat the process with other tikkis.
* Step 9
One more way of making this tikki is on tava.
* Step 10
Heat the tava and on slow flame roast the tikkis on both sides by flipping it slowly.
* Step 12
Tip ⚡
When frying fry one tikki and see if it breaks add little more besan.
