Dry fruits fritters

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mash potatoes.

* Step 2

Heat pan ; add ghee.

* Step 3

When hot saute all dry fruits for a minute or till golden.

* Step 4

Remove and keep aside.

* Step 5

In a bowl add potatoes, ginger, green chillies, coriander ; salt and all the dry masalas.

* Step 6

Mix well and adjust the taste.

* Step 7

Apply little oil on your palm and make marble size balls from the aloo masala.

* Step 8

Flatten the aloo masala balls and in the centre add the dry fruits. and close all the edges.

* Step 9

Heat oil in the kadai.

* Step 10

Fry dry fruits fritters till golden brown.

* Step 11

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
