Baked sweet potato french fries

Kids always love french fries . So is have create them with some healthy twist . I have made this fries with sweet potato and instead of frying I choose baking method for cooking . So it's quite healthy recipe for kids .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take sweet potato,peeled it and cut into thin slices lengthwise.wash it well.
* Step 2
Now for coating - take rice powder,add salt,dry mango powder,black pepper powder and chat masala. Mix well. Now sprinkle this on sweet potato slices. Sprinkle some olive oil (about 2tsp) too. Mix all ingredients well and coat rice powder well to sweet potato slices.
* Step 3
Now put this coated sweet potato slices on baking tray and sprinkle little olive oil (about 1 tsp). Keep it into preheated oven for baking at 200 degree for about 20 minutes. Sweet potato french fries is ready.
* Step 4
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
