Stuffed paan modak

Modak is ganesha ji favorite food . We offer paan leaves/ betal leaves in our pooja . I have made modak with paan leaves .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take paan leaves and cut it into small pieces. Take a grinder to add chopped paan leaves, fennel seeds, and condensed milk. Grind it well. Paan mix is ready.
* Step 2
Now in a Kadai, add 1 tbsp clarified butter, add desiccated coconut powder, saute it for 2 minutes. Then add paan mix. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame. Paan modak mix is ready.
* Step 3
Now for stuffing - Take gulaknd and tutti frutti. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.
* Step 4
Now for modak - take modak mold,grease it well. Now put some prepared paan modak mix on it then put 1 tsp stuffing on center. Close it well. Then unmold.
* Step 5
Paan modak is ready to make more modak like this.
