This is very yummy and delicious snack recipe . You can make it in festivals or as a daily snacking.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a bowl take all-purpose flour, rice flour, nigella seeds and salt. Now add oil into this. Mix all ingredients well and make hard dough by using little water. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Now take prepared dough and make lemon size balls with it.
* Step 3
Now take a ball and roll it with rolling pin, apply some oil on it and sprinkle some all-purpose flour on it. Then fold it half and again good it and make triangle shape.make more shapes like this.
* Step 4
In a pan take oil, when oil is getting hot. Fry these triangles into oil until it becomes crisp and golden brown in color. Crispy nimki is ready.
