Buckwheat flour is generally use in fasting days . It is gouden free flour.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot take sugar and water. Add cardamom powder. Cook until sugar desolve. Sugar syrup is ready.
* Step 2
Now in a pan take clarified butter and buckwheat flour. Mix well,cook it until nice aroma coming out and it will become brown in color.
* Step 3
Then add sugar syrup to this, immidieadtly mix well. Otherwise lumps will form. Cook until mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Buckwheat halwa is ready.
* Step 4
Transfer into bowls and garnish with chopped almonds.
