Oats savory pancake is very healthy and delicious recipe for breakfast . It is great recipe for weight loss too .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pan take rolled oats and roast it until nice aroma coming out. Turn off the gas. Then in a grinder take roasted oats and make fine powder.
* Step 2
Now in a bowl,add oats powder and gram flour. Now add chopped bell pepper, finely chopped tomatoes and coriander. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder,salt and cumin seeds. Now add water and make thick batter.
* Step 3
Now take a pan, add 1 tsp oil. Spread it well. Now take big spoon batter and pour it on tawa and spread it. Cook it from both sides.
* Step 4
Oats savory pancake is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
