Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in bowl add whole wheat flour (gehu ka atta) with besan
* Step 2
Then add all masala powders in it.
* Step 3
After that add chopped mint (pudina) and coriander leaves
* Step 4
Mix all ingredients. Add as per required water.
* Step 5
Knead it and make a soft dough like. Chapati dough. Rest it for 10 min.
* Step 6
Now Apply some dry whole wheat flour on it and roll it.
* Step 7
Cook it both sides. Brush some oil on it. Thepla is ready serve hot.
