Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the seeds from dates (khajoor). Grind it make fine paste.
* Step 2
Chopped some cashew nuts and Almonds approximately 2 tbsp, and also make fine powder from remaining cashew nuts and Almonds.
* Step 3
In pan heat 3 tbsp of clarified butter. Add chopped Cashew nuts and Almond fry for 2 mins on low flame.
* Step 4
Then add cashew nuts and Almonds powder mix well.
* Step 5
After that add kajoor paste mix well. Cook on low flame for 2 min. Then switch off the gas flame. Let it cool down completely.
* Step 6
Then make the khajur ladoo from it. Store in air tight container, keep in fridge. And use for 15 days.
