Tiranga Pudding

Tiranga Pudding Easy and Delicious

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

1 hr
1 & 1/2 liter

Milk

1 cup

Sugar

2/3 drops

Vanilla essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add milk, cornflour powder, sugar and vanilla essence mix very well till no lumps remain .

* Step 2

Keep on gas. on gas flame,  cook on medium heat, stir continuously till thick pudding is ready.

* Step 3

Divide into 3 equal part , Add food colours is two parts mix very well .

* Step 4

Cook orange and green colour pudding for mixing well colour in it.

* Step 5

Let it cool down on room temperature.

* Step 6

Pour the pudding in serving glasses like tiranga shape keep in the fridge before serving at least 1 hr. Garnish with chopped nuts if you like serve chill pudding.
