Ingredient

Mutton

Soy sauce

2 tbsp

Oil

1/4 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the mutton pieces in small size add ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt in it Marinate it with 1 hr.

* Step 2

Add 1 tblspn oil in pan add half sliced garlic saute well then add marinated mutton saute it on high flame till reduced all water from mutton. Take out it.

* Step 3

Now in pan add oil and other half sliced garlic  saute add onion sliced saute it add bell pepper sliced saute add green chillies sliced saute add remaining chilli sauce and soy sauce add fried mutton mix well for 2 mins .

* Step 4

Remove from gas serve hot garnish with some seesam seeds.
