Omelette with canned tuna on toast
Great idea for Sunday breakfast for example. Tuna omelette is very tasty and goes well with any side dish. I had some vegetable salad left over from last night. Combined with delicate cheese it made a great breakfast.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break two eggs into a suitable container. Add a spoonful of spicy adjika. Mix well with a fork.
* Step 2
Mash the canned fish with a fork. Finely chop the dill. Add to the eggs, stir, salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the heated frying pan. Close the lid. After three minutes, add cheese and fold the omelette into halves. Fry for another two minutes on each side.
* Step 4
To serve, toast two slices of bread in a toaster. Spread each one with cream cheese and place some lettuce on one side.
* Step 5
Top with tuna omelette. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
