Fusilli pasta with Kale

Kale

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring the water to a boil. Add salt. Add pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Usually 10 minutes.

When the pasta is almost cooked, add the kale. Close the lid. Boil for another 3-5 minutes.

Drain the water. Pour ice water over the cabbage pasta so that the cabbage retains its beautiful green color.

* Step 4

Drain the cold water too. The kale pasta needs to be reheated before serving.
