Easy Potato Bean Soup
With beans, green peas, green beans, corn... this soup will not leave anyone indifferent. Both children and adults will like it. It is bright, rich and very tasty. Just cook the broth and beans in advance, it will be faster.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I give approximate quantities of ingredients. Change according to your own preferences.
* Step 2
Cut the potatoes into thick strips. Place in a saucepan. Add frozen vegetable mixture. Pour in broth or water. After boiling, cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add salt during the process.
* Step 3
Finely chop green onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes. Tomatoes don’t have to be cherry tomatoes, any kind can be used.
* Step 4
Add to soup. Mix. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until all vegetables are cooked. At the very end add beans and parsley.
* Step 5
Along with parsley, you can add finely chopped dill.
