Chicken, mozzerella filo parcels

Filo parcels stuffed with chicken mozzerella and flavoured with pesto, can be served as a starter or light lunch. #GoldenApron23

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season generously

* Step 2

Grease a muffin tin with oil or butter. Next, cut the filo pastry into 12-14 cm squares and line 3 sheets (in a star shape) onto each muffin tray hole. Place a spoonful of the filling in each, brush the sides with butter then gather up the outsides and brush them again with butter.

* Step 3

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make the rest of the parcels. Bake it in a pre-heated oven on 180c for 30 minutes and serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
