Crispy croutons

These croutons are great to add to a Caesar salad or other salad dishes! This is also a great recipe for using up any stale bread

Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
3 Tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 and mince the garlic cloves if you are using them.

* Step 2

Cut the bread into bite-sized chunks. Toss the bread with the oil, garlic and salt.

* Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes until crisp. Shake the croutons halfway through baking to make them all crispy.
