Prawns, Pineapple and Spring Green Veg
A variation of a favourite. Using Spring Greens, Spring Onions and fresh home- grown veg.#Easy,

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put Butter and Oil in a large Wok or saucepan. Add the chopped Onion, chopped Chives and Frozen Prawns. Cook gently until the Prawns start to go pink.
* Step 2
Add the Pineapple and Juice, cook for about 5 minutes, then add the chopped Spring Onions, chopped Spring Greens, and chopped Green Pepper. Continue on a slightly higher heat for about 5-10 minutes until everything is cooked and soft. Serve and enjoy!
